1, vibration box

1) Ultrasonic inspection, when the steel die is not installed, the ammeter indication should not exceed (0.4A).

2) Press the inspection switch, press 2 seconds to stop for 1 second within 3 seconds, and do not press continuously for more than 3 seconds, so as to avoid shortening the life of the transducer and burning out the electronic components.

3) We should pay attention to dust prevention, and avoid small metals falling into the vibration box, so as not to cause short circuit and damage to the circuit board.

4) The machine had better be placed in a room with relatively good air circulation to ensure good heat dissipation.



2, equipment host

1) The host machine should not be placed in a high-temperature, humid and dusty environment.

2) Do not place liquid on the host machine, keep it clean and tidy. It is better to use a dry cloth when wiping.

3) more than 7 days or less use time, it is best to cover with dust cover.

4) When not used for a long time, the heating engine must be fixed once a week.

5) When loading and unloading the steel die, it should be handled gently to prevent the thread slippery wire of the steel die of the amplitude transformer.
