Please do not produce immediately after the automatic ultrasonic welding machine is powered on. Before going into production, wait two minutes to test whether the ultrasound is working properly. This can reduce the rate of defects. The ultrasonic welding joint fails to pass the test and qualification during the test. Please do not continue to use it! Otherwise it will burn out the amplifier transducer and other valuable components!

Keep the compressed gas dry and clean. Check whether the filter on the back of the automatic ultrasonic welding machine is clean. If there is any grease, please clean it up. Before replacing the ultrasonic welding joint, check the connection for oxides, usually black or white material. If so, sand it off with 800# or thinner sandpaper and remember to wash it with alcohol before installing. During the installation process, the assembly and fastening should not be loosened.

Check whether the ultrasonic welding joint can pass the ultrasonic test. If you develop a fever during use, discontinue use, no matter how busy you are, and let it cool naturally before continuing. Replace if you have a fever within half an hour to two hours. For plastic parts of non-special construction, adjust the "delay time" to the time when the ultrasonic welding joint begins to emit ultrasonic waves in contact with the plastic part. If only the ultrasonic system is triggered by the reverse power, it is best to move the switch to the minimum power trigger point.

The power range should be within 5% of 220VAC. Please ground the metal part of the shell of the automatic ultrasonic welding machine, usually with double grounding, and use a regulated power supply as far as possible. If you hear abnormal noise when welding plastic parts, please stop working, check whether the ultrasonic horn amplifier transducer has cracks or good contact with each other, if there are cracks, need to replace. If there is any looseness, please tighten it relatively. The ultrasonic mold frequency cannot be pressed and held for a long time. When adjusting the frequency, do not press the test ultrasonic button while adjusting the frequency knob. This is very harmful to the equipment.

The traditional ultrasonic welding joint usually needs to adjust the frequency before use, as long as the replacement of the dragon can design the mold does not need to adjust the frequency one by one, just need to adjust the mold frequency for the first time. After adjusting the frequency of the ultrasonic upper mold, please do not adjust the frequency during continuous use after confirmation.
